Jorge uses his engineering knowledge to manage all of the construction projects. With more than 12 years of real estate and construction experience, Jorge is second to none when it comes to evaluating & renovating properties. Currently Elevate has 5,814 Units and $500M of Multifamily assets under management.

Strategic Partner and Advisor

Jorge Abreu is the Co-founder and CEO of Elevate Commercial Investment Group. He advises on the properties before and after we close and makes sure everything is on track with the business plan. Jorge was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. After college, he left corporate America to begin a real estate career. He and Eric Bodiwala teamed up to combine their engineering and marketing skills to create what is today Elevate Commercial Investment Group.

Principal at Lofty Properties

Shannon Kujawa is a licensed CPA in California and Florida and a Real Estate Broker in California and Real estate Salesperson in Florida. She has an MBA from Western Carolina University and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida and Florida Atlantic University. She has an extensive financial and compliance background and has twenty plus years of real estate experience on the brokerage and investing side. She has completed successful flips, owned and managed multifamily and is very active in multiple real estate groups. Her strong financial background makes her a shark when looking at the numbers. She has a passion for real estate and loves nothing more than to look at properties in her spare time.
